As the owner of Body Up Health, I am extremely passionate about motivating clients of all ages and stages of life to help them feel fantastic in their bodies. I have worked in the health/fitness area for more than 15 years and continue to edcuate myself so I can provide the most appropriate support and resources. I listen to my client's goals and work hard to help them achieve success. My customized Wellness Plans may include personal training, nutrition guidance, meal plans, and stress relief tools.
