Jennifer's Joyful Piano Lessons

I have been playing piano for 15 years and teaching for 10 years.

I drive to people's houses so they can cut down on how many trips they are taking

I use Suzuki Method and James Bastion for my teaching foundation. These cover classical and folk songs. I then like to branch out and let the students pick some of their personal favorites to play.

I try to make sure there is a balance of skills learned such as sight reading, finger skills, theory, and playing by ear.

I believe in tailoring my teaching style to the individual's needs and interests.

I really love teaching piano. Working with new students is always a joy.

I love playing and teaching both classical and beautiful contemporary songs.

I love to bring my students to a level where they are playing songs they love and have confidence in their playing ability.
