Yoga and meditation practitioner of 14 years.

Graduated Yoga Alliance accredited institution with 200 hours of Vinyasa Yoga training in the tradition of Akanda Shakti Yoga. Taught elderly yoga for one year to massage therapy clients, and to students at festivals and events.

Graduated COMTA-accredited institution with over 670 hours of training and clinic hours.

Volunteer therapist at Ronald McDonald House and elderly care hospice, Gainesville, Fl.

6 years of certified experience in therapeutic massage.

Provided chair massage to attendees at 200+ events, festivals and farmers markets; event promotion.
