Yoga Kinda Rocks

I teach yoga. You've probably heard of it.

I teach classes in Portland, Oregon at a few studios and community centers and I also offer private lessons.

I live by the following rules:

Question everything.

Move every day.

Do things you kind of suck at.

Laugh at yourself.

Never stop seeking joy.
