American Archtop Guitars, founded in 1993, is based in Nazareth, PA and services the surrounding areas. Run by Dale and Tyler Unger, they specialize in crafting custom handmade guitars and providing instrument repairs. Their passion for the guitar craft was inspired by renowned Archtop guitar builder, Robert Benedetto. In addition to creating world-class instruments, they also operate the Nazareth Guitar Institute, where they offer a range of workshops on guitar construction. With a focus on quality over quantity, they produce fewer than 20 instruments per year, ensuring each piece receives the attention it deserves.
