I love being a part of learning a new skill. Each student is unique in their approach to life and learning and it is a joy to be part of the process.

I have been a piano teacher for over 30 years in Michigan, Ontario, and Pennsylvania, and have had students from age 3-82. I have a Bachelor of Music degree with a major in Piano and minor in Organ.

I currently play the organ in a local Methodist church and contemporary piano in a second church.

I am also actively composing and arranging music that is being used in these churches.

I want to say that I have especially enjoyed the older adult students who are taking lessons now, but then I think of my elementary age students and high school age students and realize that age doesn't make any difference. Sharing the joy of learning and mastering every new challenge is what I love.
