As a chef with 15 years experience, I have traveled the world learning as many different cuisines as possible. Founded in 1997, Abigail's Kitchen is a women-owned recreational cooking school and events space located on the Lower East Side. Abigail and her team love to cook and eat just about everything and the class menus reflect that with options that span the globe. Fresh pasta, dumplings, sushi, Thai, Greek and seasonal farm-to-table menus are perennial favorites. I offer hiking, backpacking, trail running, skiing and general outdoor clinics and adventures. I have backpacker, ran, camped, skied and hiked all over Northeastern Pennsylvania, the Hudson Valley, Adirondacks and Vermont. I can provide packing tips on gear, food, shelter and clothing for all seasons and conditions and guide you through some of the most beautiful place in the North East. Nature has helped me in my life both physically and mentally. The wonders of mother nature never cease to amaze me and I take great joy in showing others the grandeur of the outdoors in a safe manner.
