What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Since each person is different and each has different goals, I try to understand what each student is looking for and then customize the lessons to meet those goals. I keep things educational and fun!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have degrees in both music and recording engineering. I've been playing music since I was a kid and have been working in recording studios as a producer and engineer for over 30 years.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

Lessons generally start at $30 per half hour

What types of students have you worked with?

I've taught students from all different walks of life, some with a lot of experience and some just starting out.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

A student should ask themselves:

what are my strengths?

what do I most want to improve upon?

what would keep me motivated?
