I strive to teach students to have the ability to think for themselves and not be in need of an instructor. I teach the rather simple math behind the music that enables the student to understand and play ANY stringed/fretted instrument they may choose. From my perspective I want my student to eventually FIRE me but only because they find that my services are no longer necessary.
