What is your typical process for working with a new student?
All of our students take class together. New students are encouraged to sit down and take breaks if they need to, but to be in the room, moving with the rest of the class.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our teachers have 500+ hour teacher training experience, not just a weekend or two learning how to do some postures!
