I teach and practice self discipline, and unlike most personal trainers I’m not just trying to move cattle I actually want you to learn and be able to apply the technique. I want to instill self confidence in my students and accomplish their goals.
I enjoy the teaching aspect. I love seeing the results of hard work and dedication shown on the faces of my students. I enjoy seeing that I’ve made a difference in someone’s life either as a coach or a general human being.

I usually do an assessment on fitness level so that I know what level they are at and I can design a fitness and nutrition plan for them.
