I use primarily Wunderkeys and Mayron Cole piano, Prodigies Music, math using a range of methods and materials (including Singapore, Saxon, AoPS, and Eureka Math), Learning without Tears handwriting and literacy, and more. Over 20 years experience and background. Extensive experience with gifted and 2e kids. 

I love watching children learn and grow. I believe learning is best when it is fun, so I find and create games that meet each child’s needs, in each area.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

For tutoring, I meet with the parent in a public location and we discuss your child’s individual needs and what you want, and set the specifics (where, when, and for how long).

For Piano, lessons are scheduled through Singleton Community Center. Parents contact me to set the schedule and Register/pay through the community center office. 

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Certified elementary and music specialist teacher with specific training in early childhood music, Slingerland phonics, Singapore Math, Learning Without Tears, Orff-Schelwerk, Words their way, learning disabilities, gifted and more. Homeschool parent and former classroom and Orff specialist teacher.
