I have been teaching for over 10 years, with many of my current and former students actively performing now. I have performance and studio experience. Most of all just love connecting and sharing my passion for music. I teach based on the interests of the student. I have been the primary music instructor at The Blue Ridge Mountains Arts Association for over 5 years. I also direct The Appalachian String Strummers: an actively performing group in Blue Ridge, GA.
Music is one of the most fun and creative subjects out there. I love the smiles I see when people hear or play something they love!
