About
Hello,
My name is David. I started playing the guitar when I was 8 years old. At the age of 19, I played rhythm guitar, and was lead vocals for the house band at Opryland (theme park in Nashville that has since closed). I opened up for artist such as, Reba McEntire, Clay Walker, Garth Brooks, Kenny Chesney, Regina/Regina, Brooks & Dunn, etc. I play mostly rhythm and lead guitar on an acoustic/electric. I still play gigs around town as a hobby. I can assist with the basic fundamentals, and teach you in a way that's EASY to learn from. No intense, "scales", or anything like "Music theory", etc. I would teach you the same method, that I was taught, when I first began. I'm laid back, can get along with anyone, and love teaching others' the ART of playing the guitar. I can also help with vocals and show you how to bring your voice to life WITHOUT any, "Autotunes", or any other voice manipulator. If you want to learn either of these, and want a more personal type enviroment, then I'm your guy. Just me and you, our guitar's, and simple teaching methods. I look forward to helping you (or anyone that may want to learn) with either of these things.
Hope to hear from you soon!
David Herbert
