What is your typical process for working with a new student?
To sit down and ask them what their individual goal is. After that, I discuss how long it typically takes to reach the goal (i.e. losing 20 pounds, or gaining 15 pounds of muscle). We then formulate a plan together (length of class, specific drills, frequency of sessions, etc.) And begin our journey!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified USA Boxing coach, with over 10 years of personal fitness experience.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Adults: $40 per one-hour session
Kids: (under 18) $30 per 45-minute session
Group classes: (adults) $20 per person for a one-hour session
Group classes: (kids) $10 per session
