    Perform a baseline skills test, go through basic drills to assess body positioning, footwork, hand placement and general knowledge base.  

    2001 graduate of Lane College, former DB on NCAA Division 2 level, former high school and College WR and DB coach.  Also has coached on the little league and Semi Pro level, so i understand tailoring lessons to the appropriate age level.

    My session are typically 50 dollars an hour.  However, i do create custom multisession packages that provide discounts.

    Father is a former Head football coach and athletic director.  He is still the head Track coach at a local school.  I have followed his lead, while finding my own path in coaching.

    I have worked with all ages and skill levels.  I have coached 3 NFL players and countless others who have went on to the Arena League and other leagues throughout the world.

    Seeing a client for the first time after his season and having him compliment my teaching, saying he was prepared for his season due to the work he's done with me.

    Make sure to ask questions about his knowledge of the sport, his position knowledge and knowledge of the system you play in.  Also, make sure his lessons are age appropriate.

    What skills they need to work on, what skills are you already performing well, what are their goals in training, and what are your goals in the upcoming season and how can the training support those goals.
