Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Beginner lessons start out at 30 minutes. As students progress, lessons increase in duration and difficulty. Practicing materials are determined per student's learning style and ability.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained as a student for 12 years in classical piano and graduated with honors from The National Guild of Piano Teachers, of which I am now a member. I have competed in both local and national competitions, as well as performed for city events. I established my studio in 2010 while still in high school, and then reestablished it upon graduating from Brigham Young University.
