Blue Crystal Catering & Personal Chef Service
About
I am culinary school trained, after many years working as a software trainer. I know how to engage students with fundamental skills, exciting classes, and just plain fun.
I have extensive experience with many different cuisines, by training and travel. But at heart I'm a Southern girl, hailing from Little Rock, AR.
I grew up in the home of my grandparents. My grandmother is still the best cook I've ever eaten. She taught me that cooking is a demonstration of LOVE. I really enjoy making new recipes and reading cookbooks. Teaching someone a new skill makes me feel good, and helps my student show their love.
