I have been cooking for 35 years and really began to hone in on my craft 20 years ago when friends and family would consistently ask me to prepare dishes, full meals or host a party for them. Clearly I was on to something and people wanted it. If I wasn't able to handle a specific request, I knew the right person(s) that could and there "Calloway & Company was born. With my clients that need cooking lessons, they can trust that I'm patient, intutive and able to help them achieve their culinary goals.

Shawn did an excellent job at educating me and my husband on how to prepare not only healthy meals but they were delicious too. She was very detailed oriented, gave great short cuts for my husband (which he loved), and provided knowledge about food storage that we were unsure about before working with her. Her food is sooooo good and she makes the experience fun too. Well definitely be using her again.

I love the professionalism of the service I receive with Calloway & Company. The food presentation is always wonderful, the service and expertise of the staff is impeccable, and I always get loads of compliments from my guests about how delicious the food is. I can always count on Calloway & Company to provide finger licking good catering when I need them.
