I first want to gauge their knowledge and exactly what they want to learn. Then I create a plan to deliver the information to them in a manner they may understand most. Then we execute!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked with many top tier chefs and I've come in many pressure situations that warrant my ability. I also run a catering company and pop up restaurant since 2011.
