About
For the past 21+ years I have successfully maintained my food & dessert business creating my own unique recipes and style of cooking. I use the freshest, best quality products to produce a one-of-a-kind eating experience that's guaranteed to satisfy.
I come from a family of cooks. I have been in the kitchen since childhood being groomed by the best - my Grandmother and my Mother, who by the way worked at the first Black-owned restaurant in our hometown for over 40 years. I love great food, but most of all I love the reaction of the people I served. Some of their reactions and words of expression have truly been priceless.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
A conference via phone or Zoom for introduction and to discuss the client's needs. I like to set up a plan and prepare a menu to include the supply list for the lesson.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've owned and operated two restaurants from 2001-2012. I have operated and maintained my business for the past 20 years and served in the capacities of cook, chef, baker, caterer and personal/private chef. I have shipped my desserts and products to nearly all 50 states in the U.S. I am also the author of three cookbooks, one currently available on Amazon since 2017.
