I have been a Culinary Instructor at Sur La Table and I professionally trained at Le Cordon Bleu in California for Patisserie and Baking. My expertise is in baking but I also teach customize cooking by cuisine (Thai, Chinese, Filipino, Sushi) or specifics such as Food-prep, Pasta-making or Kids Classes. I like to teach in small-group setting like parties or mini camps. One-on-one coaching is also available and preferred to enable a specific focus on my client's needs.

Providing food options to families instead of the mundane, typical microwaveable or to-go dinners. Giving families or individuals peace and enjoyment in eating a meal prepared by themselves.
