I have been cooking for 15 years but in the last 5 health has become as important as flavor, I have a good amount of experience in teaching and I am in love with life and passionate about cooking to heal ourselves. I would love to serve you!

the process of creation, I love to witness how people go from not knowing what they’ll do and how to, to feeling super comfortable with kitchen equipment and food items. I enjoy helping and teaching and being able to build up confidence in the student so they know they can pretty much cook anything!
