Exposed to the world of culinary at such a young age this Philadelphia Native has created such a large passion for the field, a creative culinary pilot and love for the kitchen. I was working on food line by the age of 12 and first paying job in the kitchen at the age of 16. I took my passion for the arts in high school and through college. After obtaining my culinary degree I launched my own business M.A. PRIME, LLC and it has been progressing and growing very well. Operating as a full service catering company it is my pleasure putting smiles on many faces as I exposed them some of the finest dining the city of Philadelphia and Houston has to offer. I remain humble and in a learning/growth mindset and will continue to better my craft.
