We offer a variety of classes that include boxing as well as kickboxing, BJJ, weight lifting and bootcamps. We have educated strength and conditioning coaches to help with fitness goals and pro fighters to help with boxing and kickboxing.
IT IS SOOO MUCH FUN!!! Seeing the light bulb go off in people's heads when they "get it" is awesome, it is such a confidence builder. The staff has been hand selected and what that means is I have identified key characteristics that motivate people when it comes to coaching and these coaches have it.
