I have worked wiht all ages. I ran a PE program for 11 years for a large homeschool group and taught physical education and program for children from at 5 to 18.
I also trained young atheltes in high school and college with HIT workouts to prepare and make them better in their sports.
Teaching classes for many large health clubs, I have worked with adults from 20's to Senior Citizens.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Susan G Komen is important to me. I have a team called the Jeannie Fitness Warriors. We have attened the North Dallas race each year. Running classes I meet many people. I have personally been affected with students of mine fighting breast cancer. By forming a team, we fight together to find a cure for this disease and also give each other strengh to get through the treatment. Exercise and having a support makes a big a difference.
