Kickboxing training helped me overcome anxiety issues and poor lifestyle habits that were ruining my life. I began teaching it to friends in 2010, and incorporated it into a fitness and lifestyle program the following year. This is a job that I never get tired or bored of doing. I am an NASM certified personal trainer, specializing in mixed martial arts conditioning, fitness nutrition, and weight loss. Along with hundreds of hours of full contact boxing and kickboxing sparring with amateur and professional fighters, I have completed two marathons and two Spartan Beasts. My primary purpose in life is finding ways to be of service to others.
I love having the opportunity to give people tools that they can use to protect themselves in the event of an emergency. Especially when a client never thought they could access a self-defense toolbox.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The first session is a free evaluation to find out specifically what a client is looking to do. We go through a fundamentals workout and I assess the client's skill level. After that first lesson, I build an overall fitness and health program that is centered around kickboxing.
