About
It’s hard to meet an individual who is as passionate about boxing AND teaching others as I am. I’ve been a student of boxing for over a decade and love to share my expertise with anyone who is willing to learn. Over the years, I’ve honed my ability to set individuals up for success in life through techniques and skills learned from the sweet science of boxing. My personalized training sessions are goal-oriented. Workouts are broken down into palatable pieces so students aren’t overwhelmed and more likely to meet any goal they set up to achieve. Make no mistake, my sessions will push you to your limit. And then push your limits pass what you thought were possible.
I love everything boxing has to offer to any individual willing to put in the work. Boxing is one of those rare sports that gives you the ability to stay mentally and physically healthy, while learning skills that can ultimately keep you safe. When you know you’re able to protect yourself, a level of confidence accompanies that. My most enjoyable moments as a trainer are seeing the confidence level and strength of clients with no boxing experience, grow as muscles and overall fitness improves as well.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
My initial consultation is specifically designed to gauge student expectation and figure out what the student finds enjoyable or enticing about the sport of boxing. For most people, hitting something as hard as they can and letting off steam/stress from daily life is the main reason for seeking boxing lessons. For others it may be improving physical health, building strength, or discipline. Once I have a deeper understanding of my student’s needs, I then construct a personalized workout regime specific to that individual. No workout regime is the same.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A combined 10 years of studying, boxing, and training and I'm a certified boxing coach with the USA boxing organization.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
$35 per hour
How did you get started teaching?
I started training due to a high request of gym members asking me to teach them the techniques that I did during my workout sessions
What types of students have you worked with?
Teenagers and young adults, both male and female
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Always be honest with your trainer about what level you are at.
