I have over 30 years of boxing and teaching boxing experience. Rather you want to get in shape or you want to compete, I have the ideal program for you. This is not a one size fit all program. I will take in to account your goals and fitness levels and design the right program for you. In addition to boxing I have over 20years of Martial Arts training which also assist me in understanding the combat arts. I have fought and won Golden Gloves in Chicago. I have also train students that have won Golden Gloves as well.
