About
I am a well trained kickboxing and strength and conditioning coach. My Alpha program mixes functional strength exercises with kickboxing and nutritional advice. I currently work alongside world class instructors at Pearland MMA as the head coach and trainer.
I have also done private instruction and group kickboxing classes at the famed Metro Fight Club in Houston and the UFC Gym in Pearland. I was also senior trainer and kickboxing coach at Body Evolution in Pearland for 5 years.
I enjoying changing people's lives and opinions about working out and what can be achieved, regardless of age or fitness level.
It makes me feel good to see people progress in both kickboxing technique and their physical appearance. When you see someone's confidence grow and their personality change with it, it really makes you feel good and is the best reward as a trainer.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
After discussing a clients goals and talking about the 5 Pillars of fitness I will perform an initial assessment on the clients physical level, then talk about nutrition and the why you eat with the minhdset to perform better on your workouts.
The first couple weeks will center on proper technique while performing resistance training and in striking. The basics win fights!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My kickboxing experience comes under the tutelage of famed MMA and striking coach Saul Soliz at the legendary Metro Fight Club.
I also trained closely with top Texas MMA, Sanshou, and kickboxing standout Lee King and trained alongside UFC and kickboxing fighters while at Metro.
My experience as personal trainer comes from 5 years spent at Body Evolution in Pearland running group fitness classes, kickboxing classes, indoor and outdoor bootcamps, and personal training. My classes were at full capacity and we'd actually have to turn people away because there was no more room to fit students in.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Rates are only $49 an hour to train with me at my location or $49 plus $10 for the first and consecutive 10 miles driven to your location.
How did you get started teaching?
I was an employee at Metro Fight Club as a sales person. I trained daily with world class fighters and worked with great coaches. Eventually I was asked to step in on occasion if the head coach or an assistant was out. From there it progressed to getting the blessing from my head coach to start doing personal training in kickboxing and running my own classes. To get his blessing was an extreme honor.
What types of students have you worked with?
I've trained professional athletes and fighters and everyday people of all ages and fitness levels. I've trained teams of people in weight loss challenges at Body Evolution and took four winning teams to big cash rewards and new bodies!
