I emphasize being able to move the body well first. I've trained proffesional boxers to people like my oldest client which was 60 years old. With that said, regardless of who I am training, I focus on helping people find their strengths and work on their weaknesses. This is done through developing basic movements and adding progressivley challenging excercises to not only develop the strength to enjoy boxing but look great doing it. I am a personal trainer and holistic lifestlye coach that uses boxing as a tool to help people view and achieve their higher potentials. I belive in connecting the mind body and soul when it comes to moving our bodies, and boxing is a great way to do it.
The greatest enjoyment is seeing the reaction on someones face when they throw their first solid punch. It's a build up of little steps that pay off all at once, in a loud and powerful way where people sometimes get taken aback by what they've just created.
