Coach Manny has helped coach, train , and condition my son (23 years old) and several youth (ages 10-18) that I have brought to him for Boxing. He does an amazing job. He is very thorough, dependable, and knowledgeable of what he does. There isn't anyone else in the Austin area that I would trust more than him to better prepare the guys. The results are LEGIT!! It didn't matter the skill or experience level of the clients/boxers, Manny was able to help them all improve greatly and reach their fitness goals.
For all levels, beginners all the way to world class Pros, Manny is a great trainer. I have worked with a lot of trainers and he is the best. If you are serious about Boxing, or just want to learn some technique he is the best in the area.
I have trained with a few different coaches through out my boxing career and I would have to do Coach Manny would have to be one of the best. You can tell, from the private lessons, he really cares about boxing and what he does. He really goes into depth into teaching technique and explained why it is done the way it is.
Coach Manny did a great job introducing my 10 yr old son to boxing fundamentals. He was patient and explained what he expected. My son was able to understand and fulfill coach Mannys drills. I will definitely be returning.
Finding out their reasons for the training and making sure they get what they need for their training.
