I grew up playing soccer and have always been enthusiastic about fitness and physical actives. After moving to the states 5 years back, I found martial arts and began training it; starting with boxing, kickboxing and then Mma. At first it was the physical part that got me into it, but my unending drive to attain more and be more got me hooked.
Since I started this journey, I have been lucky enough to meet the best people in my life. To train and be trained by the best coach James Mcsweeney. I consider myself to be truly blessed to have this opportunity to learn and share my knowledge under him.
Generally, I absolutely enjoy being able to help people. And I am always excited to share my knowledge of something that I'm passionate about.

With every new student, our goal is to assess them while building a good coach-client relationship; followed by visioning and goal-setting to help them attain their objectives.
