What is your typical process for working with a new student?
To take the student through guitar basics. I like to teach students the chord progressions that are used in all music. Then I like to show them a great guitar routine that will have them playing songs in a rather short time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have studied music all my life, and when I studied classical guitar, the mystery of this wonderful instrument was revealed! Then rock and other popular music became very simple. Also I learned how to practice like a professional, one of the most valuable lessons.
