Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First session is an assessment of coordination, muscle group conditioning, and mental agility. As we diagnose the fundamentals needed, we also go over my clients individual goals and aspirations to further customize their workout program. From here we build on the foundations and advance the drills to have fun while learning and achieving those physical goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a professional fighter with a record of 11-1 and have done martial arts since the age of 4. I have been teaching boxing since 2014 and worked with people of all levels, from those that have never thrown a punch in their life, to other professionals in both MMA and boxing
