My name is Carl Blair Jr, I am a professional basketball player with a passion for everything health and fitness. Football was my first love as I got older Basketball became my main focus. Boxing, kickboxing are two other sports I have became more knowledgeable and skilled in my plan in future is to fight professionally as my life journey continues to blossom. What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Evaluate the students skill and fitness level to see where we need to begin with the training. Becoming a better athlete of any kind is a journey just have to know where your first step will be.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I play professional basketball, played football in high school, and do boxing training to pursue my career in the pro ranks. I also have a job as a kickboxing trainer.

How did you get started teaching?
I have always been involved in teaching kids whether it be camps or just teaching my younger siblings how to approach a life in sports

any student looking to work with someone of my expertise must be prepared to work very hard and have fun.
