I will customize our workouts based on your body assessments. I really like to do intensity and progression exercises. We will work on your stabilization..build your strength and endurance..then we move to Power exercises and plyometrical with varying intensities. I also like to do calisthenics with light weights, resistance bands, and proprioceptive training.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Warm up and  mobility exercises then we get into the core curriculumm for the day


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

NASM Certified Strength and Conditioning Fitness Coach. Personal Trainer and Group fitness Instructor. Nutrition advisor, Meal planning, and Meal prepping. Mixed Martial arts, Self Defense, and Anti Bullying.

Personal Training fees:

30min sessions

-3 times+ per week $20 per session

-2 times a week $25 per session

-1 time a week $30 per session

60min session

-3 times+ week $40 per session

-2 times a week $45 per session

-1 time a week $50 per session

-Group training $15 extra per session per person

Meal plans are $200

Ive been a lifetime Martial artist and have competed in several Mixed Martial arts styles.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

If they arenot active or do not compete in their discipline i would not hire them for they will teach you things that are not proven in real combat or fitness.

Students should be aware that teachers are not willing to invest in someone that is not serious about learning
