25 years family owned and opporated. Our cusion is to change lives through martial arts. Our martial arts gym atmosphere is unlike any other. We have been privileged to have direct lineage in Taekwondo/boxing/Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and escrima kali.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We like to start with a meet and greet to discuss what the student would like to achieve through our program. After that we will set up a one on one introductory lesson to evaluate and properly place them in their first class . After that we will schedule their first lesson in an actual classroom setting and see if martial arts is a good fit for the individual.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4th degree black belt in Taekwondo underground Master Mark Giambi. Certified AAU referee and coach. Krav Maga certification escrima Kali tactical knife fighting women's self-defense certification all under the ICSU which is the integrated combat system University based out of California. Our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu instructor is the first American black belt under Macaco Jorge Patino which is a direct descendant of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
