About
As a former two time World Champion, I personally and genuinely loved and still love the art and sport of boxing. I personally was an active boxer for 20 years and love giving back what I know and learned throughout my two decades of experience. I know and believe the training we work with together will not only be educational but fun, an amazing workout, and just enjoyable all around. I try to make sure that your workout session is amusing to the point where you're not wondering how much time you have left. Like I did a lot of times during my training.
