I've been practicing yoga and meditation for over three decades and teaching yoga for 10 years. My passion is to help people to practice yoga that is functional for them. Teaching students safe alignment and helping them to foster their own yoga practice. I believe continuing education is important in growing as a yoga teacher, and to pass on that knowledge to my students! Helping students to start from where they are, and to progress at their own pace, and avoiding injury. Yoga is for every age, and I specialize in working with people in their middle years and beyond so they can continue to do the things they love with agility, strength, grace and flexibility.

I teach alignment based Hatha Yoga, trauma sensitive yoga, pre beginners to intermediate. Meditation for people working with trauma, PTSD, insomnia, anxiety, stress, depresssion, children to adults.
