We were voted #2 Best Fitness Spot in Everett in January 2017 by Live in Everett. We were the only yoga studio that came in top three.
I opened Body & Brain in Everett at the current location 6 years ago in order to share the benefits I received as a member when I began 12 years ago. I enjoy teaching classes that are fun and energizing and my reward is watching members improve. I want to build a harmonious community that is about health, happiness and peace for all.
