    The body n brain in Kirkland is fantastic. I joined in August of last year and immediately I found myself feeling better I was off sleeping pills. And the director Bukyung answers all questions right away. She will research if she doesn't know and gets back to you.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We have two options for new students:
1-on-1 intro sessoin:
This 45-minute private session checks your flexibility, balance, breathing, and stress levels. Get a customized practice plan that is tailored to your specific physical, mental, emotional, and/or spiritual needs.
Trial Class:
Come try one of our regular group classes! Invigorating exercises, deep relaxation and restoration can be experienced during our 1 hour class followed by a complementary in-house cup of tea.
