My name is Chris and I am a private yoga and meditation instructor.
I take great pride in delivering quality yoga and mindfulness sessions.

Private yoga will help you find more mobility and flexibility, improve your strength, and allow you to move your body with ease. You can learn how to adapt to any physical challenges you may have.
Through the physical movement you will regulate your nervous system -- create energy, release stress, find a relaxation mode, ,move your body with ease. That is mind-body wellness.
Private yoga is customized just for you. I work much like a personal trainer, with the emphasis on yoga. I bring the one-on-one sessions to your home or office, or online at Zoom.
Most of my clients are over 40. Many are over 60. Each one is unique and there is a wide range of abilities. The one thing they have in common is they all understand the value of healthy aging and mind-body wellness.
My teaching style is that I take a modern approach to traditional yoga. Yoga has been around for thousands of years because it works! Let me show you how beneficial it still is in our modern-day lifestyle.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Before working with a new student I like to do a brief complimentary interview, finding out a bit about their lifestyle, what they are looking for and why, and what they long term goal is. Even if you don't any answers, it is a good place to start! The first lesson would include going over some basic poses and breath work. When you are ready we could do a series of movements and enjoy some restorative poses. More experienced yogis would have a different experience. It is all about what YOU want!
