Stacie has been in the fitness/wellness industry for over 20 years in the PacNW.
She began this journey with personal training through ACE and ACSM certifications in 1997 and now specializes in Yoga. Her Hatha Yoga certifications are from YogaFit 2000 & 2001 and 6 month teacher training with Diane Wilson (Portland, OR) in 2002.
Stacie's experience teaching yoga over the last 18 years has been at several athletic clubs and for Shoreline and Edomonds community colleges.
She became a registered dietetic technician through the American Dietetic Assocciation in 1995 and can help plan your nutritional goals. Stacie believes in clean eating for optimal wellness and health.
In 2016 she became a TRX instructor. TRX is all about core strengthening and she loves to incorportate this technique into most exercise programs.
Stacie enjoys spending free time riding bikes or motorcycles, gardening, cooking vegan recipes and walking the dog.
