I offer private and small group yoga classes tailored to my students needs. I have taught in Yoga Studios, large corporate gyms and small neighborhood gyms.
I am a 200 hr EYT registered with Yoga Alliance. I teach Gentle Yoga, Vinyasa yoga, Yin Yoga and Chair yoga. In addition to my Yoga certification I also have several fitness certifications. I have been practicing Yoga for 12+ years and received my Yoga certification in 2014 from Eight Limbs Yoga in Seattle, WA, a Yoga Alliance accredited school.
I love helping people become better connected to their bodies and watching the transformation of my students as they cultivate the many benefits that a regular yoga practice will bring into their life.
Elizabeth has a wonderful aura about her that makes practicing yoga a joy. She does a great job providing variety and is somehow always in tune to what each student needs even if there are multiple levels of experience or ability. My life has been enriched with the time I’ve spent with Elizabeth on the mat.
I love Elizabeth's classes. She knows and understands the differences in each persons' body, and can help adjust and modify to each person's needs. She made me feel so welcome and taken care of! Her sequences felt thoughtful, with just the right amount of strong energy, balanced with soft. I look forward to taking again!
Elizabeth knows how to put you at ease no matter what level you are! She is wonderful at making sure that you are doing the poses correctly, so you don't injure yourself and you get the most out of your practice. She is wonderful!
No class is ever the same! You work different parts of your body each session. I leave Elizabeth's class feeling rejuvenated but also feeling like my body was strengthened. Elizabeth is also such a pleasant and positive teacher. I don't have anything negative to say about her at all!
