Yoga gave me a whole new life. As an depressed teen with chronic pain, I thought I would never find relief. I tried every type of medication and therapy to ease my symptoms but nothing worked- until yoga entered my life. My daily back pain disappeared, as did my depression and anxiety.
I graduated my 200 hour training in May of 2016. Currently, I am 300 hours into my 500 hour certification. I am certified in a wide variety of styles, including power vinyasa, restorative, and kids (ages 2-7). I am also fluent in teaching yin. I work with beginners and advanced students looking to further their practice.
My teaching focuses on meditation and mindfulness. I hope to make the world a little better by guiding my students to a place of inner peace that they can recreate in their daily lives.
