What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I start with a screening process where we discuss a variety of topics from goals, to current lifestyle, as well as previous medical history. Following that with a movement screen to try and identify any potential limitations and to gather more information on the prospected client. This can be done in person or virtually.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-Bachelors degree from Texas State University where i played D1 baseball (08')

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
For the interactive coaching service I charge $150 a month and give the option to add virtual sessions ranging from $70-75.
How did you get started teaching?
After playing college baseball I loved the fitness side of the sport and decided fitness was the right move foe me. Once I graduated i was hired as a personal trainer at Crunch Gym in Union Square (NYC).
What types of students have you worked with?
I've trained clients from all different walks of life. From professional athletes, to general population, to the elderly, you name it and I have worked with them.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Look for a coach that is willing to tell you what you need to hear not what you want to hear.
