Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I always go through an interview process. I believe it’s just as important for the athlete to interview me as it is for me to interview them. A good fit is a must in order for the athlete to be successful. If the athlete has any game film I request that I can view in order to see how they play in actual games so I can see the strengths and weaknesses so I know the best areas to work on.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am former college football player and I tried out professionally. My degree is in exercise physiology and sports nutrition. I have been coaching since 2003.

I started Coaching while I was playing in college. We used to hold camps in the summers and after I was done playing I continued following my passion and continued coaching.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with athletes from 5th grade all the way 12th grade. I also work with college athletes in the off season to help them improve their game or fitness levels.
