Josh watched all my sons game film from the previous year and came back with areas to improve on. Over the course of the summer Josh worked with my son on his speed and agility and worked on his skills for football. My son went from being a backup player to a starter and he also received several awards, All-Conference and All Region. I always go through an interview process. I believe it’s just as important for the athlete to interview me as it is for me to interview them. A good fit is a must in order for the athlete to be successful. If the athlete has any game film I request that I can view in order to see how they play in actual games so I can see the strengths and weaknesses so I know the best areas to work on.
I am former college football player and I tried out professionally. My degree is in exercise physiology and sports nutrition. I have been coaching since 2003.

I started Coaching while I was playing in college. We used to hold camps in the summers and after I was done playing I continued following my passion and continued coaching.
I have worked with athletes from 5th grade all the way 12th grade. I also work with college athletes in the off season to help them improve their game or fitness levels.
Always interview any potential coaches to make sure that it will be a correct fit for you. Make sure to find out their background and playing and coaching experience. It is vital in your development to hire the right coaches.
