Darnell's personal training is really great. I was very big and too unmotivated and shy to go to the gym. I had Darnell as my personal trainer and now I noticed a positive change in my appearance. I am happy and now more confident with myself. I definitely recommend Darnell to anyone looking for great quality personal training. I know that I would never have achieved this at my size if not for the personal attention given in my training sessions. Darnell is always very encouraging and has a vast knowledge of his profession. I have lost 31 pounds due to the motivation given in our sessions. Thanks champ for the dedicated sessions that put a positive change in my life.
