First class must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance

Boxing since 8 years old. been an u.s.a boxing coach for over ten years.
Have trained state and nationals amateur champions
Have also trained professional boxers
Specialize in defense, skill & performance development as well as strength & conditioning

How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching boxing after an injury kept me out the ring.

I have worked with alot of different clients including Professional, amatuer, ufc/mma, Parkinson's patients, youth

I recently published my 2nd Boxing instructional book

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Do your research.Boxing is the only sport where someone can walk in a gym throw a towel over their shoulder and call themselves a trainer
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Ask as many questions as possible.there is no such thing as a stupid question.
