  • Ajani.

Coach d really takes the time to correct you and make sure your doing proper technique. Also with doing proper technique the workout is much better i really enjoy working with. The knowledge and passion he has for the sport of boxingis what I really appreciate. He can be like most instructors where they just show you a little. But with him I feel like he really wants you to get it

Coach D has a wealth of boxing knowledge and the patience of a good teacher! He is by far one of the best boxing coaches I’ve ever trained with. Five stars!

  • S Singh

Coach D is awesome. I restarted my fitness journey after the pandemic hiatus and it was unnerving to get back into it as well as learn boxing for the first time. He assessed and tailored my workouts based on my level and helped me progress. He is a great motivator and coach, even on my down days to keep me going!

Coach is fantastic. He's a patient teacher, but he pushes and encourages improvement. I've learned so much in just a few months of lessons, and I've had a great time as well.
