I absolutely adore Carrie. She has helped me over the last year, not only learning yoga but now I have a painting practice as well.

I've been teaching something since I was 18. First, aerobics (up to 12 classes a week). Personal Trainer.

My new "Meditate to Create" program I'm offering in-person and online. Quitting my art teaching job. Why? Eratic behavior, lack of real interest for many, and the ability to grow my own business as a Yoga & Art Teacher (included Meditation.)

Currently I working on paintings videos for YouTube that are not instructive but relaxing.....
